1. Reservations

A reservation request should be sent using reservation form or, alternatively, via email reservas@pukuvaihotel.com indicating information as follows:

  • Passenger Name(s)
  • Room Type
    • Single
    • Double: Matrimonial or Twin
    • Triple: Triple (3 beds) or Matrimonial with an Extra Bed
  • Check-IN and Check-OUT dates
  • Flight numbers (IN and OUT).

The reservation can be considered as confirmed only when a confirmation email including a Reservation Code has been received.

1.1. Reservation Guarantee

To guarantee a reservation, either Credit Card information or a prepayment is required before given deadline (see chapter 4.2 for individual reservations and 5.2 for group reservations). Unguaranteed reservation will be cancelled without a prior notice.

1.2. Check-IN and Check-OUT

  • Check-IN: 12:00 (PM; midday)
  • Check-OUT: 10:00 (AM)
  • Early Check-IN includes a Buffet Breakfast
  • Late Check-OUT: Until 18:00 (06:00 PM).

2. Availability

Availability information given by phone or email is preliminary and, thus, availability is not guaranteed at the time when the actual reservation request is received.

3. Administration

The hotel administration can be consulted via email: administracion@pukuvaihotel.com.

4. Individual Reservations (1 or 2 rooms)

4.1. Conditions of the Individual Reservation

Credit Card information should be informed or, alternatively, prepayment that equals 1 night of accommodation of the total reservation should be deposited 30 days before the Check-IN date and a copy of the deposit slip/transfer is required (see chapter 8).

4.2. Cancellation of the Individual Reservation

Cancellation without charge can be done 30 days before the Check-IN date.

1 night of accommodation of the total reservation will be charged in case of a cancellation after the given deadline.

There is no refund. The prepayment is considered as a reservation guarantee and, as such, is entirely non-refundable.

5. Group Reservations (3 or more rooms)

5.1. Conditions of the Group Reservation

Credit Card information should be informed or, alternatively, prepayment that equals 1 night of accommodation of the total reservation should be deposited 60 days before the Check-IN date and a copy of the deposit slip/transfer is required (see chapter 8).

5.2. Cancellation or Decrease of the Group Reservation

Cancellation without charge can be done 60 days before the Check-IN date.

1 night of accommodation of the total reservation will be charged in case of a cancellation after the given deadline.

There is no refund. The prepayment is considered as a reservation guarantee and, as such, is entirely non-refundable.

6. Policies for the Minorities

Infants (0-2 years) are free of charge when sharing a bed with their parent(s). Additionally, a cradle can be reserved without cost.

Cost of an adult will be charged for an additional bed independent of the age of a child.

Children less than 14 years should be accompanied by an adult.

7. NO SHOW

7.1. Individuals

Total cost (100%) of the reservation will be charged. There is no refund.

7.2. Groups

Total cost (100%) of the reservation will be charged. There is no refund.

8. Payment

8.1. Payment Methods and Accepted Currencies

Exchange rate between Chilean pesos (CLP) and US dollars (USD) is fixed.

The payment methods and accepted currencies are as follows:

  • Payment methods: Credit Card, Cash and Deposit/Transfer.
  • Accepted currencies when paid with a Credit Card: CLP only
  • Accepted currencies when paid in Cash or Deposit/Transfer: CLP and USD
  • Accepted Credit Cards: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Diner's Club International, Magna and RedCompra.

8.2. Payment with a Credit Card

Credit Card information is required as a reservation guarantee. Credit Cards will not be charged in advance; total payment is charged at the hotel in Chilean pesos (CLP).

8.3. Payment using Deposit/Transfer

Prepayment is required as a reservation guarantee and, as such, is non-refundable. The prepayment equals 1 night of accommodation of the total reservation. The remaining saldo is charged at the hotel.

The copy of a deposit slip/receipt should be sent via email reservas@pukuvaihotel.com including information as follows:

  • Reservation Code
  • Passenger Name
  • Check-IN and Check-OUT dates.

The copy of a deposit slip/receipt should be sent before the latest cancellation date.

Service and/or commission fee and/or money exchange cost charged by the sending and/or intermediating bank, credit card company or other party is at the cost of the client.

In case the received amount differs from the required amount for any forementioned or other reason, the difference is taken into account at the hotel.

9. Validity

These policies are valid only in case of direct sell customers and cannot be applied and/or extended partially nor entirely to any 3rd party including travel agencies, operators, service providers, online services or other party.

These policies are valid starting from 15th April 2013 and replace in entirely any previous policies.
